Great room with view of ocean overlooking first hole of Dunes course. Excellent service, very good restaurants (particularly Woods Cabo), small almost private pool at Dunes. Two great corses to play - really couldn’t have been better. ”

The Diamante Dunes Residence Club was a beautiful property and the service was outstanding. The golf was amazing and the pool/restuarant at the lagoon was a perfect place to cool off and have delicious food. Highly recommend! We will be back!”

Wonderful property

Diamante Dunes is a wonderful property. Very slow at the resort due to the the virus. Service is exceptional. Very large unit that is well fitted with all necessary items including washer dryer. No cleaning due to precautions being taken.”

Beautiful Resort !!

Lovely resort with great views of the ocean and the #1 tee. The staff are kind and don't hesitate to quickly meet any need you might have. Due to the virus there was no valet parking (not a big deal except the parking lot is unlit at night) and maid service is limited. ”

USE CAUTION.....DIAMANTE WILL RUIN YOUR VACATION!

We booked a room in the DUNES RESIDENCE CLUB (there are many different types of buildings and homes on the Diamante property) about 9 months before our arrival date in January 2017. We arrived at the Diamante property and went to checkin at the Dunes Residence Club but were told to go to another building to check in. When we arrived at this other building to our DISAPPOINTMENT and SURPRISE we found out our room was downgraded to BUILDING A (yes that is what they call it). Fabian who was checking us in let it slip that the Dunes Residence Club is for owners and we are technically not the owner because we made the reservation through 3RD HOME so they put us in Building A. I spent 2 hours at the start of my vacation away from my family trying to get our room changed to the Dunes Residence Club. Fabian couldn't help get us switched to the Dunes so we stayed in Building A for the night. The next day I was to meet with Isabel Soto who was the person at Diamante who originally confirmed our reservation for the Dunes Residence Club. She was a no show to meet with me so another person helped me out. After spending 1.5 hours away from my family trying to get another room out of Building A we were put in a building called "The Tower". This building was also unacceptable to us (although better than Building A) but we had no choice as they were 100% full. Vacation ruined. WE BOOKED THROUGH 3RD HOME A ROOM IN THE DUNES RESIDENCE CLUB AND DIAMANTE SWITCHED ROOM TYPES WITHOUT NOTIFYING US. HOPEFULLY THE OWNER WHO TURNED IN THIS WEEK AT THE DUNES RESIDENCE CLUB TO 3RD HOME IS MADE AWARE OF THIS AWFUL SITUATION AND WILL MAKE SURE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANOTHER FAMILY. ps. A person (waiting by the checkin desk) from Diamante will try to get you to sign up for a meeting to go over purchasing one of their "time shares". We were offered $400 to go listen to their presentation. I expect solicitations from companies at the airport But NOT while I'm at the property. They will call your cell phone daily and will also call your room to reach you. ”

THE TWO BEDROOM RESIDENCE WAS GREAT, VERY GOOD SERVICE. THE ONLY COMPLAINT WE WOULD HAVE IS THAT IT DIDNT HAVE A VERY GOOD VIEW. IT IS A GOLFERS PARADISE. GREAT GOLF COURSES. THE FOOD AT THE DELI WAS EXCELLENT. THE PICTURE ON THE WEB PAGE IS NOT THE UNIT THAT WE WERE GIVEN”
