November 2023Magical property
I was lucky enough to spend a week here, while the weather was absolutely sublime. Unfortunately, my fellow guest could not enjoy it with me due to an unforeseen emergency. My only regret is that I didn’t come with a group of friends. The house is well situated in a quiet Area central to seeing everything. More importantly, it is full of fun things to do, and enjoy such as a gym, infrared, sauna, trampoline, large, swimming, pool, and lake. The house is large, comfortable and well, equipped for relaxation and cooking. The grounds are beautifully maintained And there are lots of areas for walking and relaxing on the property. Hope to come back one day soon with a group. This house deserves five stars. The owners were helpful and communicative, making the pre-arrival and the stay enjoyable. This home represents the best of third home.”

September 2023Beautiful, peaceful house in relaxing athmosthere
We had a very nice week in the house of Koen and his family. The garden is very large and beautifully landscaped. Through the pool, gym and sauna we could relax very well during the week. The rooms are nicely furnished and the beds are very comfortable. The living room with the adjoining kitchen invite you to cook together. The communication with Koen has worked well. We would be happy to come back again!”

August 2023Breathtaking Villa in wonderful surroundings
Villa Parfum is a breathtaking villa near to Grasse and the beautiful town of Vallbonne. Situated in an olive grove, but with the most amazing views over neighbouring towns - the Villa is incredibly quiet but within easy distance to the mountain side towns of St Paul de Vence and Gourdon. The house has been designed with a very modern neutral aesthetic using natural stone, wood and beautiful linens, straight out of Elle Decoration - plus the owner is a great artist and her work adorns the walls in all of the rooms, I even bought one of her paintings. All rooms are beautifully appointed with lots of space and ensuite bathrooms. The kitchen and dining areas are very spacious, light and and open out into the terraced garden, allowing you to enjoy the amazing grounds at all times, An excellent large limestone swimming pool, a petanque court, and an enclosed trampoline and table tennis means there is a alot to do at the property itself along with a very well equipped gym inc an infa red sauna that was a real treat to use before the swimming pool. There are so many different areas to sit according to the time of day/mood including a fire pit area, a lakeside area plus the terraces outside of the house. There is an original turret in the garden housing some furniture and an outside shower - that is a beautiful focal point especially when lit in the evenings. There is also a track that runs for 50km along a canal opposite the property, we did a 10km walk every morning all off road along the canal through some lovely villages. Great for runners and walkers alike as its very flat. Unfortunately due to bad traffic we were delayed to check in, but Koen and Manon were always available on the phone to answer any questions we had. If you are driving, the road to the house is quite tricky to find initially as it almost looks like it isn't a road that takes cars - its very narrow and quite challenging to turn into and out of. But we soon got the hang of it...:) We did take Ubers a few times which found us no problem and were easy to order - you can also get food delivered and the sushi was particularly good. Thank you to Koen, Veronique and Manon for a wonderful stay. Melissa and Sean. ”
