Modern Mexican Architectural Gem with Ocean and Jungle View

Recently completed, this Modern Mexican home is located in Quant San Francisco, Nayarit (aka San Pancho). San Pancho is a town of just over 2000 full-time inhabitants that includes the only polo club in Mexico as well as the amazing Tierra Tropical beach club 3 minutes from the home.

The house itself is gorgeously decorated and designed with a welcoming and artistic ambiance. It has expansive indoor and outdoor spaces connected by a folding door between the living room and the pool. Integrated to both the sea and jungle, the master bedroom and each guest bedroom and effectively private spaces with their own full baths connected by walkways and stairs.

A gourmet kitchen with open shelving is stocked with everything you may need to create a delicious meal at home. Dine at the large island or in the sun-filled dining room. There is also an indoor/outdoor picnic table with more seating and direct access to the private pool.

The patio offers a relaxing place to meditate, read, or simply bask in the sun. When night falls, head back inside to enjoy conversations with your loved ones in the plush living room, or retire to one of the three bedrooms and bathrooms to prepare for a peaceful slumber.

Guests should note that the master and guest bedrooms are on separate floors. In addition, the home sits up a steep hill and is a 5 minutes walk from the beach and a 15-minute walk from town. The town center boasts a variety of fine restaurants, mini grocery stores, parks, a community center, surf shops, and local artisan gift shops.
