House Rules
Some basic House Rules to keep in mind:
* No pets
* No smoking of any kind, inside or outside.
* No parties.
* No noise after 10pm. Sound travels in the mountains and we need to be considerate of our neighbors.
* Park in designated area specified in email that will arrive closer to arrival. It is a private parking, but sometimes people park on my neighbors side of the parking lot and it really frustrates them.

May 2024Fabulous visit to the shores of Lake CDA!
We greatly enjoyed our stay at this lakefront home on Lake CDA; the accommodations were excellent, well appointed and with magnificent views and a quiet place to either hang out on the beach, launch a kayak or boat, or watch the world go by next to the fire table on the deck. The property is in a somewhat secluded part of the lake yet with easy access to downtown CDA, and other towns such as Spirit Lake, as well as to many trail heads reflecting a wonderful diversity of hiking opportunities. In addition, the house is also within walking distance of the Black Rock Marina, which has a store and a very nice restaurant for those days when we wanted to stay close. Importantly, the hosts clearly take great pride and work hard to assure a fabulous visit, and the well appointed house reflected their pride. In addition, the host was an extraordinarily great communicator from the 'how to' guide for the house and surrounding area, to the super prompt and thorough replies to questions and requests for information; we partook in many of the activities recommended by the host and the recommendations always proved to be spot on. In short, I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for such a vacation. ”
