The entrance showcases custom-made cubbies and an inviting tropical fish tank, guiding you towards the open-concept living space. The custom kitchen boasts dual ovens, a smart refrigerator, a touch-activated kitchen faucet, and exquisite live-edge wood countertops crafted from locally harvested yellow pine. Sink into the comfort of the sectional sofa as you enjoy your favorite TV shows or cozy up to a warm fire in the stunning stone heating fireplace during the winter months. The elegant dining table comfortably accommodates 6 or 7 guests, while the breakfast counter provides seating for an additional 4.

On the main level, a half bath is conveniently located, along with the exceptionally cozy master suite. Adorned with a majestic timber King bed and furnishings, the master suite offers a luxuriously comfortable latex mattress and an ensuite bathroom featuring radiant floor heating, a sunken 2-person Jacuzzi tub, and a separate walk-in stone shower.

Venturing upstairs, you will discover two charming kids' bedrooms, each furnished with two twin beds, a full bathroom with a separate bath and shower area, and a loft office ideal for those working remotely. The lower level of the lodge houses two additional guest rooms, each showcasing a unique bear or moose theme and equipped with a queen bed. A full bathroom serves these rooms, and a spacious family room awaits with a large TV and an array of games, including a foosball table and air hockey.

Yet, the true allure of this home lies in its unparalleled outdoor experience. Choose from three distinct options for outdoor dining: a deck table with a comfortable sectional and a 10-foot cantilever umbrella, offering panoramic views of the private backyard and the adjacent National Forest at the base of Bretton Woods' West Mountain; a larger table tucked under the covered section of the wrap-around porch, perfect for al fresco dining on rainy days; or a table on the stunning backyard patio, complete with an outdoor fireplace, pergola adorned with lights, and overlooking a sizable koi pond and cascading waterfall. Additionally, the back patio features a masonry firepit, which conveniently doubles as a grill. For added convenience, a traditional Weber grill is also available on the deck.

While the allure of the lodge may tempt you to stay indoors, be sure to explore the surrounding area. Begin by immersing yourself in the beautiful grounds of the Moose Lodge and Cabins, where enchanting gardens, several miles of walking and snowshoeing trails, beaver ponds, and nearly a mile of river frontage on the pristine Ammonoosuc River await. The river provides excellent recreational opportunities right on-site, such as swimming in one of its finest natural pools, fishing, tubing, or leisurely strolls along the shallow water through the adjacent National Forest, leading to the base area of Bretton Woods. Just beyond the gate of the Moose Lodge, you will discover one of the prime locations in the North Country for spotting the elusive moose, with occasional sightings on the property itself. A short walk will lead you to the popular Lower Falls area, or venture further to explore the wonders of Bretton Woods and the surrounding region.
