House Rules
You have access to the entire home & grounds except for the outside shop. Horseshoes, croquet, cornhole & ping pong is all available for your use during the Summer and early Fall.
The outside firepit is closed from June 1- Mid October.
Since we are the only vacation rental in the neighborhood, the full time residents are particularly concerned about large gatherings that exceed the maximum allowable guests (8). Many of them walk by the house on a daily basis to get their mail, walk their dog, etc. and notify us if there are large gatherings right away. That said, Aspen Meadow Lodge is not available for weddings, rehearsal dinners, large family reunions or other large gatherings. Any violations of these rules are subject to a 5000.00 fine per HOA rules.
