Nestled on 4 acres with 220 ft. of lake frontage and an additional 2000+ sq. ft. of outdoor entertaining and activity spaces, the retreat boasts ample parking for 15-20 cars and even features an elevator for convenient luggage and grocery trips. For those who desire extra assistance, a house manager can be hired to handle errands and prepare lake toys.

Situated approximately 35 miles from downtown Austin, the "Retreat" on Lake Travis graces the charming town of Lago Vista. Its waterfront location allows easy access to the vibrant city's award-winning restaurants, renowned nightlife, music scene, as well as wine tasting, antiquing, and hiking opportunities.

The home itself offers an array of amenities to cater to diverse preferences. Additionally, there are four restrooms and a laundry room on this floor.
Downstairs, visitors will find an extra-large room with 2 sets of queen bunk beds and a shared bathroom, another room with 2 queen beds and a bathroom, and an additional sleeping area with twin bunk beds. The lower level also includes a Theater/Movie Room, a refrigerator/kitchenette area, and another laundry room.
