Beautiful interior design, and tasteful remodel that still leaves some of the original character on this single family gem on the beach (we were guessing maybe the architecture was Spanish Revival). We enjoyed being close to the beach, and did not find it noisy considering it was on the boardwalk. But there are some things that need work here: fix the 4 non-functioning heating/cooling units, fix the upstairs showers drains, and fix the non-functioning sauna. But once those are fixed, it should be very comfortable.”

Truly gorgeous interior design in Venice on the beach. Jason was very helpful with any questions and his property is comfortable, relaxing, energizing and inspiring. ”
