A true paradise

The house and staff blew our expectations. The photos are a true representation of the house, the interior design is stunning. There are 4 bedrooms with their own bathroom and patio and 1additional flex room with bed and sofa in the tv room. We travelled with 2 small children and 3 couples with plenty of room. The home is in a gated community with tennis court, pickleball, large community pool with beach which we had to ourselves most of the time. The house is one of the first completed in the community. The staff is ready to drive you from the house to these amenities during the day or you can drive yourselves in the atv. We were fortunate enough to see a few whales during our stay. We did not rent a car, travelled by taxi from the airport to the house an easy 30minute drive. The large La Ropa beach is worth the short taxi ride 10-15mins. You must hire the chef and bartender Issac for the home otherwise you are not fully taking advantage of the fabulous experience. The food was truly amazing and they were able to accommodate a menu for my husbands celiac disease - gluten free quite easily. We ventured to the restaurant in the community one night and although the view was pretty the food at the house was far superior and better value. The cleaning staff is there daily. The concierge is available anytime via WhatsApp. Luis the owner was also very communicative and accommodating. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us Luis. ”

Great family vacation

Dear Luis and Casa Arena team, I want to sincerely thank you for the amazing experience we had at Casa Arena in Zihuatanejo. During our stay in your beautiful home, we felt welcomed and cared for by you and your friendly staff. The spectacular ocean view, combined with the lovely details of the house, made our family week truly special. The rooms were top quality and we enjoyed a most pleasant experience every day.
