April 2024Sedona stay
The house is very comfortable and spacious in a great neighborhood. Unfortunately, the property manager was ill and is daughter was filling in. We couldn't get the TV to work properly during the whole weeks stay, the water dispenser with bottled water dispensed scalding hot water and cold into the same glass (broken obviously), the maids don't keep up the outside cushions or seating areas (rodent droppings under some of the cushions), only one blow dryer for the multiple bathrooms and some other minor things. These things the owner will hopefully address when he learns about them. Overall lots of potential for a great stay. We don't spend much time in a property so in general we'd definitely do a return visit. Great location with spectacular views.”
