No parties allowed: Please note that this house is in a tranquil, upscale neighborhood and enforces a strict no party policy (no more than 8 guests are allowed on the property at even given point in time). Quiet hours start at 10pm.
No smoking: Smoking cigarettes are forbidden on the property (inside or outside the house).
No external fire anything: Please be mindful that fires are easily started in California. Anything that could potentially ignite a fire is forbidden on the property (i.e. matches, lighters, cigarettes, joints, cigars, sparklers, etc. are strictly forbidden on the property).
No throwing anything over the balcony.
Hammock safety: hammock use by children under 18 require adult supervision. Please remove the hammocks by unclipping the black carabiners if you are unable to ensure adult supervision at all times.
Additional Fees
Pet fee: Pets are allowed, but a pet fee of $250 is required for each pet that will be joining their owners on the property. Please be sure to notify the property manager of your pet BEFORE arrival.

Located in the prestigious Brentwood area this property is perfect to escape the hustle and bustle of LA whilst being close to many of LA's famous sites. The house is well equipped, comfortable and has amazing views over the LA skyline. Great hiking nearby. We would love to stay again.”
