Entertainment is at the forefront of this LA pad, featuring a record player, games, and even the option of a house call masseuse (2 weeks advance notice/no guarantee of availability) for that extra touch of luxury.

Practical amenities include free laundry facilities and free parking, as well as four workspace desks for those who need to stay connected during their stay.

The guest access is comprehensive, with only a few exceptions upon notice. The host kindly requests that guests respect the privacy of the host's property located in bedroom closets and any closed-off cabinets, as per Los Angeles regulations.

For those who wish to heat the pool to 90 degrees there is an additional fee of $200 per day, with the option to book in advance for a reduced fee of $175 per day. The spa is complimentary and available for use, but guests should confirm with the owner for proper operation, as the spa can heat up the pool if not turned on correctly and should be turned off after each use to avoid gas surcharges.

The host requires knowledge of the number of people staying at the property for liability purposes and the max head count is 4 adults. Use of the premises, particularly the spa, pool, roof or the stairs to the roof, are at guest’s own risk and no one under 18 is allowed on the roof or stairs leading to the roof.
