October 2024Great stay at South Padre Island
This is a wonderful condo at South Padre Island. Very clean, spacious, beautifully furnished, and with absolutely amazing views from every room! The view of the Gulf towards the East from the main balcony is seen as you enter the condo, and is breathtaking. This balcony then wraps around the corner, facing south towards the SpaceX launch site (by coincidence, we were treated to an extraordinary view of a rocket launch!). An exploration of the bedrooms on the upper floor of the unit reveals yet another wrap-around balcony that faces South and East, towards Laguna Madre. This allows to view stunning sunsets. The building itself is one of the best ones on the island, with lots of facilities and common areas (such as library, gym, sundeck, pool, grilling areas). The location is excellent with lots of shops and restaurants either walking distance or a short drive away. My family didn't want to leave this place, and hopefully we'll be able to return.”
