Special Townhouse in the Heart of Paris!!!

We were lucky enough to be able to stay at Passy Trocadero townhouse in Paris. A very well appointed home with an extensive library including a collection of (I'm guessing) almost every book written about Paris. The location can't be beat with bistro's, bakery, wine shop, pharmacy, shopping, grocery, beauty salons, parks and even the Eiffel Tower within easy walking distance. There was wine, cheese, bread and even pastries for the children when we arrived. Would not hesitate to stay again if given the opportunity! Thanks again Alex for a wonderful stay! ”

Passy Trocadero was fabulous! It was very clean and well maintained! Alex, the owner has it decorated beautifully. There were gorgeous flowers waiting for us upon arrival as well as cheese, bread, and wine! Wilson, the property manager, was waiting for us when we arrived and showed us everything we needed to know about the apartment. He spoke English perfectly and was delightful. There is a plethora of books on Paris and museums and artwork in the apartment. Alex has them categorized for our convenience. The neighborhood is upscale and very close to restaurants and shopping. It was an easy walk to the metro station which we used everyday! We had a fabulous time in Paris! I would recommend this property to anyone!! ”

I am sorry we can only give five stars to this extraordinary home in an incredible location in the most beautiful neighborhood in Paris. My husband and I were able to spend an unforgettable month in this wonderful apartment. At the end of that time we felt we were a part of the local community. The apartment is decorated beautifully, with lovely furniture, a magnificent collection of books, and a wonderful feeling of comfort and elegance. Our host, Alex, has thought of everything. We received a file prior to our arrival that covered everything about the apartment, the neighborhood, the local shops and restaurants and suggestions about walking trips and local markets. The property manager, Mona, was there to greet us upon our arrival. The host had arranged for wine, cheese, bread and fresh flowers as an arrival welcome. It was the perfect introduction to Paris. We normally feel compelled to leave a home in which we have been fortunate enough to spend time in better condition than we found it. In the case of this home, that was impossible. It was perfect.”

We have just returned from a two week stay in Paris. The apartment was excellent on every level. Close to metro and shops. Very well appointed. We would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to visit the city. ”

This is a great property to experience Paris. It is in a residential location. Near shops and restaurants. The Metro is close by. I think more than two might feel cramped in this space but it was perfect for us. Beautiful property and location. It was a truly Parisian experience. ”

Superb apartment in ideal location

Our week at Passy Trocadero could not have been better. We were supplied with a very detailed information pack prior to our arrival which helped greatly in planning our trip and we were greeted on arrival with fresh fruit, cheeses, bread and wine provided by the owner's housekeeper who was always on hand to answer any questions, order taxis etc. The location was ideal, extremely quick and easy to access the centre of Paris (it was an easy walk to the Trocadero and on the Eiffel Tower) but far enough out to escape the tourists and live life as the Parisiens do. There were plenty of local shops, cafés and restaurants on the doorstep. The apartment itself is beautifully decorated (there were fresh roses in each room) and it is filled with wonderful books on art, maps and guides books on Paris and its museums and an excellent collection of jazz CDs. For a couple, we could not recommend this apartment highly enough and we hope very much to be able to pay another visit in the not too distant future.”
