Arriving at the main gates of KEMPA KAI, the newest beachfront villa on Grand Cayman, you will be arriving to an oasis of beauty and tranquility of your very own private Caribbean estate. The lush, tropical gardens and reflecting pools give way to your dream villa holiday entrance. Walk through the front door and your eyes will be immediately drawn out to the stunning blues of the infinity pool and the Caribbean Sea beyond. KEMPA KAI is a Bali-inspired private oasis that feels like your own boutique resort, on the sand near Rum Point and steps from Starfish Point. Nothing can prepare you for what you will find beyond the gates of KEMPA KAI.

The Great Room, with vaulted hand woven thatch ceiling and oversized cooling fan, has disappearing sliding glass walls that create a seamless flow from inside to the covered terrace and expansive pool deck, connecting you with the natural environment of KEMPA KAI. Just off of the Great Room, you will find the Den/Theatre with its sweeping sea views and all of your entertainment needs, including a large 65” TV screen equipped with surround sound and Apple TV with hundreds of movies and current TV shows.

This level also boasts the first of five King Suites with ensuite bath, private patio, and an outdoor shower. The large gourmet kitchen, complete with a separate Service Staff’s wash pantry, is a chef’s dream, and what better way to enjoy the kitchen than to have all of your meals prepares by KEMPA KAI's in-house Chef and served by the Villa Attendant*. Your only worry is what is on the menu, not who will be cooking. Enjoy cocktail hour at the indoor Tiki-style “J” Bar or al-fresco at the bar top, both adjacent to the Chef's Kitchen.

Grand Staircases on either end of the Great Room take you to the second level with three King Suites, Study, and Library. From every corner of the Grand Master Suite you see the brilliant Carribean Sea and clear blue skies as the suite encompasses the entirety of the right second level wing. This Master Suite boasting 1000 sq. ft of living space including four private balconies, a sizable custom walk-though closet, a grand ensuite bath with a decadent soaking tub and an immense rain shower, complete with a Study which can be used as an additional Bedroom with a hidden murphy queen bed. Take the spiral staircase up one more level to your very own Crow’s Nest with hot spa and unrivaled views of the remarkable sunsets and turquoise waters of the Cayman Islands.

On the opposite second level wing, you will find a second Master Suite with panoramic ocean views as well. This Master Suite includes two private balconies, closet, and a vast ensuite bath with a soaking tub and rain shower. A large Stargazers’ balcony connects the two Master Suites and provides an ample seating area overlooking your pool, white sand beach, and Caribbean Sea. Beyond the library, you will find another King Suite with ensuite bath and private balcony with luscious tropical garden views. A balcony off of each room ensures that no matter where in KEMPA KAI you are, the views are spectacular.

The stand-alone Bungalow, with its high vaulted ceiling creating an airy feel, boasts two additional Suites each with ensuite bath and private entrances. One one side of the Bungalow you will find a large King Suite with ample space, king bed, private deck, closet, spa-style bathroom with an outdoor (yet private) shower makes this King bedroom truly unique. The second bedroom has four twin bunk-style beds with ensuite bath. Each bedroom has its own entry, but a door between allows parents to keep an eye on children in the Bunk Room when necessary. Both rooms in the bungalow opens to the private, lush, tropical garden offering a unique and tranquil place to relax.
