The dining area caters to gatherings of up to 14 guests, and a high roof terrace above the bedroom wing that overlooks the entire property and beyond and invites birdwatching by day and stargazing under the Caribbean sky.

Guests can also explore the serene paths within the gardens, ideal for walking, exercise, or meditation.

Inside, the fully equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, including a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and blender. Other conveniences include a washer and dryer, 2-car carport parking, CD/DVD player, Internet WIFI, and Apple TV.

Property staff may come 2-3 times per week for grounds keeping, pool cleaning and home touch-up. Please note the house rules regarding children's age restrictions in certain areas for security reasons.

Amazing Trip!

The home was wonderful, and very secluded/ private, especially considering it's only 15-20 minutes from downtown/ Old San Juan. Ubers didn't have a problem picking us up or dropping off if needed. There is a security gate with guards 24/7, but they generally don't speak English, so get familiar with saying your name and the address in Spanish (which, of course, is easy to remember). Would love to stay again!! ”

Thanksgiving getaway

My family and I enjoyed this gem of a property. Every room was unique. The pickle ball court was a big plus! We slept so well and the staff that made breakfast for us twice while there are super attentive and caring. Thank you Galina!”

Beautiful stay!

The name Urban Tropical Oasis is the perfect description of this house. It is so close to main roads/stores but you feel like your are deep in a tropical forest when at the house. It's not far from the airport. The house is on a hill. The views from the bedrooms are high as if you are staying in the tree tops. The house is spacious with plenty of room. We loved the pool and new pickle ball court and used them everyday. We also used the ping pong table. The housekeeper is there M, W, F. She made us a delicious Puerto Rican dinner. The outdoor showers were great! We loved all the creatures (toads, snails, birds, insects). The bedding was comfortable. Galina was an excellent host. She was sure to have the house set up and answer any questions. Overall, it was a great trip! We'd love to come back. ”
