CLEAN UP PRIOR TO DEPARTURE:
Please make sure that:
• All dishes are washed prior to leaving the house on your departure day. It is acceptable to leave dishes in the dishwasher if it is still running when you leave the house.
• All food from the refrigerators should be removed prior to leaving the house.
• All furniture and fold-out beds should be returned to their original location.
• All garbage and recyclables must be taken to the curb and left in the bins within 2 feet from the road. Excess garbage and recyclables can be taken to a nearby Recycling Center at 120 Stable Rd, Lehighton, PA 18235
• All fireplaces and bathrooms heaters must be turned off.
***GARBAGE: The garbage pickup is on Monday 8 AM. The township imposes a limit of eight (8) 13-gallon garbage bags we can leave at the curb for pick up. If your group leaves more than eight 13-gallon garbage bags, we will withhold the fees charged by the township from the security/damage deposit (at $5 per bag). Please leave all garbage bags and recyclables inside the bins by the curb (1-2 feet from the road) for pickup by Monday 8 AM.
