Chill on the Hill is a private getaway paradise in the heart of Northern Arizona's Verde Valley wine country. Located in beautiful Page Springs, this luxury adobe-style home is just a 20-minute drive from the world-famous Sedona Red Rocks. With four award-winning wineries just minutes away, it's the perfect destination for wine enthusiasts.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers 2,180 square feet of indoor space and 2,000 square feet of outdoor space, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

Pool Season

Enjoy the Chill Pad year-round, with the pool heated seasonally by a passive solar system. The pool is open from mid-April through mid-October, weather permitting, and closed during other times.

Chill on the Hill is a luxury home with all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star resort. Situated on over 2.5 acres, it offers a large resort-style pool, The Bubble Bar with a full-size bar and four bar stools, a two-person hammock, dining and seating for six, and stunning desert, green belt, and pasture views. Stargazing from the pool at night is a must due to the dark skies. The property also features a large 6-person hot tub on the lower deck, perfect for soaking on chilly nights after exploring Page Springs and Sedona. Guests can enjoy making popcorn from the machine located in the breakfast nook.

Designed to provide a 5-star experience, Chill on the Hill is featured in Season 3 of Staycation, showcasing the best vacation homes worldwide, airing summer 2024. The house underwent a complete update in late 2019, with over $800,000 invested in renovations, both inside and out. The Chill Pad was finished in July 2021, and all furniture and furnishings are new.

The home is equipped with comfortable beds and linens, cozy robes, warm blankets, fluffy cotton towels, and more. The expansive Chef’s Kitchen is a delight for cooking enthusiasts. Organic spa bath products, yoga mats, a treadmill, and free weights are also available for guests' use.

Chill on the Hill is nestled in the heart of Page Springs wine country, just five minutes from DA Ranch Estate and Vineyard, Page Springs Cellars, Oak Creek Winery, and Javelina Leap. Guests can enjoy beautiful hiking trails by Oak Creek, only minutes from the house. Many wineries, hiking spots, and local attractions are dog-friendly, so furry friends don't need to be left behind.

For those looking for a memorable experience, Chill on the Hill offers connections to local resources for massage therapists, yoga instructors, bartenders, private chefs, dog sitters, horseback riding, rafting trips, catered poolside meals, and private wine tastings featuring the best local Arizona wines.

Additional Information

The maximum number of guests permitted is six, and parties and events are not allowed. Up to two trained dogs, 18 months or older, are welcome.

Self check-in is available with a keypad on the front door, and guests will receive the access code upon arrival. Contact information is provided in case guests need assistance during their stay. The owners live eight minutes away and value guests' privacy, provided house rules are followed.

A House Manual provides detailed information and answers any questions guests may have. Maintenance team members may be seen during the stay, respecting guests' privacy. Landscapers and gardeners come every other Monday, the pool and hot tub are serviced every Friday afternoon, and trash is collected early Thursday morning.

A car is recommended for convenience. Certain areas, including the garage, sheds, entrance closet, guest bathroom closet, and laundry room cabinets, are locked and not available for guest use. Local regulations may restrict wood burning fires during certain months.
