Hurrican risk in september and october

This is a very nice, clean and well decorated property. I was unlucky with a week booked early november at this condo. There came a big storm, hurricane 1 this week that caused us to stay 4 days in a Hotel south to avoid this storm. Then it was raining weather the days after. Be careful to book this property in summer time. ”

Charming penthouse on the Indian River

This charming 2 bedroom apartment is a wonderful place to relax, both inside and on the beautiful veranda overlooking the Indian River lagoon. The owners have stylishly appointed this home with original artwork and antiques from their own antique store. Everything is arranged with great beauty and quality. The veranda was our favorite spot, for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails, grilling steaks, enjoying the boats passing by as well as the dolphins feeding in the lagoon. Vero Beach is a treasure - a very artsy and cultural community with high quality restaurants and shopping. Morning and evening walks were so pleasant in this safe and convenient little neighborhood, and Miracle Mile shopping centers are within 5 minutes of the apartment. Patty is a fantastic and friendly hostess and very available if any needs arise. This is our second stay here, and it will not be our last!”

Fantastic Stay at Vero Beach

My family had a great stay at this lovely condo on the water. The condo was immaculate, with a kitchen stocked with anything you would need if you want to cook, and provision of beach chairs, towels and umbrella. The deck in front is a great place to relax, soak up the sun and, if you are lucky (which we were), watch the dolphins swim and play. The beach is less than a 5 minute drive away and is next to a cute area with shops and restaurants. There are also restaurants within walking distance. I highly recommend this great Vero Beach condo!”

Relax in Vero Beach

Patty was a gracious and generous host. The accommodations were exactly as promised. The apartment was spacious and well appointed. The broad deck was very inviting. The location at the end of Royal Palm Pointe was convenient as there were numerous casual restaurants along the road and within walking distance. All in all, it was a lovely stay.”

We had a good 7 days in Vero Beach. The property was exactly as presented. The owner was on site and consistently was friendly and provided excellent local knowledge to help with our planning. Beautiful furnishings, well appointed, and the welcome basket was a great value added. We would encourage anyone going to the area to consider this as a peaceful, centrally located home base.”

Beautiful Home & Location

This home is absolutely beautiful. It overlooks the river and provides a relaxing view. The interior of the home was spectacular! Well appointed and very comfortable. Patty was a wonderful and attentive hostess and so helpful with ideas and direction. My niece and nephew visited me on my first evening while there and really enjoyed the popcorn and chips from the welcome basket, the candy bar they took care of too! I recommend this location because it is not "downtown" but it is so close. You can relax then go and hit the beach (Patty provided beach chairs, an umbrella and towels too!) or find shopping and restaurants. I truly enjoyed my time and I would love to go back! Thank you! ”

Beautiful penthouse and stunning waterway views

Our stay at the penthouse couldn't have been better! Patty & Ron were extremely warm and helpful hosts; from suggestions on fun activities, dining, to pertinent information on the unit. The kitchen was fully equipped, linens were very high quality and the unit was beautifully decorated. Views from the terrace were amazing, and we did see dolphin. The area is very walkable, with restaurants, spa, live music, paddle board/kayak, etc. Thank you for an awesome vacation!”

This condo was perfect and well reflected in the photos. The patio is very large and comfortable. Great views. The home is super with comfortable furnishings and great linens and amenities. I can’t say enough about how nice. Vero Beach is a great town with many good restaurants. The owner was helpful and pleasant. ”

Everything You could Ask For!

This penthouse was absolutely stunning, tastefully furnished, and perfectly clean. Quiet and safe area. The harbor view is magnificent with sailboats and a huge terrace with lots of seating, grill, tables—everything you could ask for. The property has an elevator as well, which was incredibly convenient. It is located over a fabulous antique shop, which we spent a lot of time exploring. The hosts were delightful and responsive. Parking was was plentiful and there are many restaurants and great shopping around this property. The beach nearby is gorgeous. This condo is probably best for a girl’s trip or couples wanting some rest and relaxation. Will definitely revisit!”

This property is very convenient to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The unit is beautifully decorated with unique antiques, it is fully finished for a comfortable stay. A Great Stay

This is an immaculate, newly-decorated place with a large terrace overlooking a small marina with views up the river. Being well furnished and partly roofed, the terrace was the perfect place to sit outdoors and relax. Our hosts, Patty and Ron, were very agreeable and accommodating. They even helped us with some logistics for a dinner party for 6 we needed to host. A surprise extra bonus was their nice welcoming gift. We highly recommend this property.”

Chic IntraCoastal waterway penthouse!!

We all had a most enjoyable stay at Patty and Ron Rennick's antique laden, very chic & very comfortable Penthouse apartment! Well stocked with every comfort one might need. Location quiet with lovely large viewing deck of IntraCostal Waterway; minutes from the beach, excellent grocery store, fresh fish shop and good restaurants. We were welcomed like friends!!!! Our hosts were most accommodating and helpful, even sharing the morning paper! They thoughtfully had coffee and fruits, etc., for our next mornings' breakfast, (after a late evening arrival), nice! Being local realtors, they are full of interesting tidbits all about Vero Beach. It is a relaxing pace from busy Palm Beach..... I highly recommend it! You would not be disappointed.”
