What a gorgeous property both inside and out! Although it was a bit chilly to use the pool during our stay, the numerous outdoor spaces did not go to waste. This is a great location to base yourself in the Costa del Sol with numerous day trip options. Owners are very responsive and eager to help. Overall a wonderful stay!”

Las Terrazas

Our visit was absolutely fabulous. The home is beautiful and lacking in nothing. The owner was extremely helpful with ever detail from how to use everything, a list of a variety of places to go and things to do, and people to call in case of need. Because we were a family group with 2 infants, we spent much of the time at the home with excursions down to the lovely beach at Simbads with delicious lunch and dinner there. We enjoyed several trips into Marbella to explore the charming old town, and finished our last day visiting Malaga, which unbeknownst to us is very beautiful city in its downtown older sections—marble pedestrian walkways. We hope to return sometime and venture further, but it will still be difficult to lesbe the property while enjoying close friend and family. Thank you do much, Linda, got your kind hospitaily! We very much enjoyed our stay at Las Terrazas. Lovely property with great views and only a 5 minute drive to the sea and local restaurants. Master suite was lovely and the property was well appointed troughout. Only drawback (from our perspective) was the small cooking area.”

Great Stay

Our stay at Las Terrazas was wonderful. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood close to the beach, restaurants and bars. Our host was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided us with an incredible manual that covered everything we needed to know about her beautiful home, electronics, appliances and tourist attractions. We unfortunately had a very cool rainy week which made the lower level bedrooms feel a bit damp. We would love to return on a warm sunny week to enjoy the beautiful outdoor yard and pool area. ”

A lovely week ....

Las Terrazas is a large, beautifully presented house set in an upmarket urbanization a short drive from Marbella. The house absorbs people and oozes luxury with top notch bathrooms and linen. There are some lovely decorative features - the Moroccan light fittings are just stunning, the glass enclosed sun room the perfect place to relax at any time of the day, the pool was beautiful and the garden provided lemons for our gin and tonics! We loved Marbella Old Town which is where we ate most nights and travelled further afield to Mijas Pueblo, Granada and Ronda which give you a feel for the 'real' Spain. Linda was helpful and accommodating, thank you so much we all had a lovely week.”

Las Terrazas was just amazing. The photos cannot show the beauty of this property. The grounds are just stunning and the views of the ocean from several rooms in the home spectacular. It was so relaxing to sit outside and hear the ocean and when the weather was cooler to sit in the glass enclosed sun room to read. We walked to the beach for lunch at the open air restaurant right on the ocean for the freshest seafood around. The location is amazing since you can visit several different areas in two hours or less. We visited Granada and Alhambra and spent a day in Mijas. Amazing Villa at Costa del Sol

Las Terrazas was incredible. The villa is decorated so beautifully and tastefully with elegant Maroccan Andalucian accent. It had everything you could imagine, from the library to the movie room! Very well maintained and we were glad to find commodities ready on our arrival. The view was spectacular overlooking the Mediterranean to the African coast. It was near awesome places to visit! We really enjoyed the local beach, Marbella, Granada, Ronda and even Gibraltar. The landscape, is amazing, perfect, as the whole property. The owner, Linda was very helpful and available. Family home within short distance of beaches

We stayed there 1 week with my husband, our 2 young children and nanny in April 2015. The property was clean, well maintained and we were glad to find commodities ready on our arrival. You need a car when staying at this property, and there is lots to do nearby and even further afield for day trips. We really enjoyed the local beach and its beach restaurants, marbella old town, puerto banks, Ronda and even Gibraltar. The kids particularly enjoyed the tree top amazonian experience, the bio parc. Unfortunately, the week we stayed there, there were very strong winds, preventing us from using the swimming pool or jacuzzi (maybe April is too early in the season to be fair). The owner was very helpful and available on email. Overall great location and property, would highly recommend in summer. Gaelle”

Las Terrazas surpassed our expectations and literally blew us away. The luxury villa is situated in an exclusive neighborhood with sweeping views of the sea. Once inside the villa is decorated so beautifully and tastefully and with every detail thought of. Linda has been so gracious and helpful during before, during and after our stay. Thank you Linda! The bedrooms are luxurious and spacious. The common areas are comfortable, welcoming and elegant. I can't even begin to describe the grounds, but the best part of the day was every morning picking fresh fruit from the fruit trees in the garden and then enjoying them by the pool. A truly magnificent property!”

Wonderful property

We had a wonderful time at this villa. The house itself is beautifully decorated and the gardens immaculate. The weather was over 30 degrees for the whole week and this is October ! The owner provided an excellent instruction manual for the house which made our stay so easy. You feel secure in this amazing area. There are lots of wonderful restaurants nearby though a car is essential. We even had cinema night in the home cinema of this wonderful house. I would highly recommend this villa!”
