Conveniently situated between Point Ruston and Old Town Tacoma, this retreat provides a relaxing stay with breathtaking vistas from multiple vantage points. Its location ensures easy access to all the local attractions, making it the perfect getaway for those seeking both tranquility and adventure.

Inside, the home is as beautiful as its surroundings. The plush furniture and designer decor create an inviting atmosphere for up to ten guests. The amazing kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to entertain and cook for a group, featuring state-of-the-art appliances, an espresso machine, and an ice machine. The master suite offers the same expansive views, complemented by an ultra-plush mattress, premium linens, and a spa-like ensuite bathroom that guarantees ultimate relaxation.

The home's location is ideal for exploring the vibrant Tacoma area. Just a block away, Point Ruston offers numerous restaurants and shops, while downtown Tacoma and the Tacoma Dome are only a few miles away. Guests can easily reach the Point Defiance Zoo, just two miles from the property. For those traveling further afield, the home is conveniently located near I-5, providing quick access to Seatac Airport, downtown Seattle, Snoqualmie Pass, and Ocean Shores.

Guests can enjoy leisurely walks along the three-mile stretch of the very walkable Ruston Way waterfront or take a tour of the charming Proctor District, known for its historical homes, quaint shops, and delightful eateries. Additionally, the home features an electric car charging station and ample parking, with a two-car garage and a large courtyard area.

This property stands out for its size, location, and beauty, exceeding any other rental options in the city. This largest unit offers exclusive amenities and ample space for a truly memorable stay. However, please note that hosting events or parties is not permitted, and parking is limited to the number of guests allowed, accommodating up to four to five cars depending on their size.

Fall in Washington

Leona's home was spacious, comfortable- the perfect "home away from home" while our family visited all 3 of Washington's gorgeous National Parks. The views from the primary bedroom upstairs are truly spectacular. We saw many beautiful vistas on our trip around the state, but the sunrise over the water from this home will be one of favorite memories. We also loved the convenience of grabbing coffee down the street at Anthem and loved the Lobster Shoppe so much we went twice. We have already recommended this home to others and hope to visit again.”
