Description

Elegant Baja Home with Rooftop and Stunning Ocean Views

Nestled in the vibrant heart of Baja California, this enchanting residence blends historic charm with modern sophistication. Originally a century-old fisherman’s home, the property was beautifully remodeled in 2021, merging traditional character with contemporary elegance. The spacious layout spans three levels and features four bedrooms and four-and-a-half baths, including a master suite with a private deck, a small dipping pool, and views of the waterfront.

Inside, the home boasts a cozy living area with a large bar, a galley kitchen, and a dining table for six. Outdoors, enjoy two well-equipped kitchens—one set in a desert garden and another on the rooftop deck—each accompanied by dining areas and fire pits for memorable evenings.

The third-floor deck offers spectacular sunset views. A garage is available for bikes, paddle boards, and a kayak, perfect for exploring the sea just across the street. Guests can also easily walk to numerous waterfront restaurants and enjoy a variety of water activities, including scuba diving, snorkeling, and swimming with whale sharks.

Two housekeepers visit twice a week, and the property manager is on hand to address any needs. For added convenience, Michelle, the house manager, provides catering services, while her husband, Oscar, can assist with yacht rentals. Both speak excellent English and can advise on most topics.

Beautiful Home in La Paz!!!

We had a great stay at this beautiful home in La Paz. The home is across the street from the La Paz Malecom and very close to many restaurants and shops, the location is perfect. Every room is decorated with rugs, artwork, and is very clean. There were 2 large decks with barbecues, fire pits, sitting areas and dining room tables. There were 2 smaller decks with great views and the Malecom and ocean. Micheal, the house manager met us when we arrived, explained the house, restaurants, and things to do in La Paz. We had a great time staying here and spending time in La Paz ”

Gorgeous home with many special touches

This home has the wow factor. Not only does it have the ocean views and a great location but you can feel the attention the owner has spent to make each room special with art. We especially enjoyed the outdoor areas with the fire pits and grills, lighting and seating. We were greeted upon our arrival by their house manager who gave us the complete tour and made us feel welcome. The owner allowed us to use the bikes so my wife and I cycled over the La Concha hotel where they allow day use of their property with the beach, pool and palapas. One tour that is a must is snorkeling with the whale sharks. We did the combo tour that included sea lions and a lunch on a inaccessible otherwise beach in Balandra Bay. We went with Tuna Tuna tours who did a great job. It was unbelievable. So yes, we were delighted with this house and made this trip very special for our family. ”
