The name Desiderio is in honour of the super tuscan wine Desiderio by Avignonesi. This wine wineyard is located only 20 km by our country villa at Fattoria le Capezzine in between Cortona and Montepulciano. It is a 85% Merlot, 15% Cabernet Sauvignon

Plan of the house: On the first floor there is a double living room with flat TV, DVD, Ipod speaker, fireplace and a kitchen fully equipped + 1 guests bathroom.

On the second floor there are 2 large double bedrooms, one bathroom with shower . From the windows of the upper floors the guest can admire the beautiful landscape that surrounds the villa that is truly breathtaking and amazing!

The garden can be reached from the outside and it also host a patio that includes a barbecue, dining area, table etc.

The home includes a large porch with a BBQ, outdoor sofa and dining area.

It has direct access to the eco infinity swimming pool that faces sunset on Tuscany and Umbria.

Fontanero and Desiderio Villa

My stay in Italy was made all the more fantastic by staying in Paciano with the lovely hosts of Lucia and Alina…..the homes are wonderful, clean and with all you need. Meeting other people stay there added to the fun and the cooking class that lasted from 10am till 4pm was so memorable. We will talk about out stay in Italy and Paciano for a very long time to come.”
