L'Espadon

It features four spacious bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed, two on the first floor, each with a 160 x 200 cm bed (air-conditioned), and a studio with a 140 x 200 cm bed. The villa also offers three modern bathrooms, each with a shower, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests.

Outdoors, the villa boasts an 8 x 4m swimming pool, securely fenced for safety, alongside two large terraces perfect for relaxing or entertaining, complete with a fixed barbecue. The property is set within a vast, fully enclosed Mediterranean garden of 1,330m², which includes a pétanque court, ping pong table, and ample space for children to play.

Designed for relaxation and leisure, Villa L'Espadon has all the amenities to make your stay effortless. The interior features a cosy fireplace, a TV, a Hi-Fi system, and high-speed Wi-Fi. New garden furniture and crockery are provided to ensure comfort for every guest, and baby equipment (cot, high chairs, changing table) is available for families.
