The apartment, located on the top floor of a modern development, is bright and tastefully furnished, designed for laid-back beach living. The open-plan space features a spacious living area with panoramic views of Cawsand Bay, a large sofa, armchairs, and a Sonos sound system. The dining table, which seats up to eight, directly overlooks the sea. The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances, including an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, and wine cooler, making it perfect for preparing meals with friends or family.

The three bedrooms offer both versatility and comfort.
