March 2025Excellent Location but Needs Updating
We really enjoyed the location on St. Thomas and the room was very spacious with excellent views. Doesnt feel like a typical Ritz-Carlton property as it hasnt been updated in quite some time and the furniture/decor is in need of help. We heard that the furnishings may be getting replaced this year which would make a big difference. We would definetly go back but with expectations of a Marriott Residences property, not Ritz Carlton. Food at the hotel could also use an upgrade as you are paying premium prices for average meals. Highly recomend renting a car as it was really fun to explore the island as well as taking a car ferry to St. John for the day. ”
