Great stay.

We shared the home with two other families and all had a great time. So much space to spread out. And so close to the Disney parks. Some days we just chilled by the pool and other days we hit animal kingdom, the Disney water slides, and more.... the house was well equipped and the community was very peaceful. The pricing at the tiki bar by the community pool was very reasonable too. ”

Perfect location

It was easy access to the highway. Close to our daughter at Florida Polytechnic and only a few miles from Disney. Comfortable home. Enjoyed the home movie theater and sound system. Nice to have a pool and spa in the backyard. The community pool was small and cold.”

Great location, fun property

We visited The Viridian for a trip to Disney and the surrounding attractions. The home is spacious, accessible, and comfortable. We went with 3 families, and had more than enough space; didn't even touch a couple of the rooms. Very close to the Disney parks and restaurants. Was a perfect home-base for our trip. Thanks!”

Fabulous for a Family Stay

This house is fantastic! It is so spacious, beautifully furnished and perfect for families. The location of the property is ideal for park-going, beach-going, or just lounging at the pool. While the pool was probably the biggest hit with the kids, they also loved the cinema room which was not discovered until the day after arrival. While they loved watching movies in the cinema room they also used the room to present the adults with a short play they produced. The owner Mark was terrific and extremely generous. He allowed us to extend our stay a few extra days as we were flying standby and had difficulty arriving and departing on a Saturday. Thanks again Mark!”
