House Rules
Access to Big Cottonwood canyon from October to April requires snow tires or 4 wheel drive. Access to our house is on a winter maintained mile long wilderness one lane road with a snow floor all winter long. Four wheel drive and snow tires are required to access our property. Vehicle rescues would be difficult and block the road to the other residents who need access.
No dogs are allowed in Big Cottonwood Canyon or at our house because it is a watershed for Salt Lake City.
Our house is not appropriate for children under 5 years old.
