Staying at the dock of the bay!

As sailors this beautiful home was perfectly situated across from the st. francis yacht club and the SF waterfront. A wow view from the front windows to the golden gate and alacatraz and beyond. We booked on short notice and Elizabeth was very accommodating and gracious despite travelling herself. The home is in one of the absolute best spots for a true embedded SF experience and has all the amenities you could ask for - we loved it! A superb spot to energize before a long sail to hawaii! The Marina Blvd. home was lovely and in a great location. Only moved the car when we wanted to leave the city, otherwise, you can walk everywhere. Beautiful views of the Marina and Golden Gate Bridge. Elizabeth was very helpful in suggesting places to eat, etc. in the area.”

We loved our stay at Marina Boulevard. What a brilliant location - laying in bed and looking at the Golden gate bridge - what more could we have asked for. We walked everywhere and totally loved our stay. The house itself is just divine with beautiful furnishings we found it to be most comfortable. Location, location, location!

This is a beautiful two bedroom home overlooking the marina. The view of the Golden Gate Bridge is fabulous, with parking in the driveway. Easy access to the entire city and beyond. Elizabeth, the owner, was very attentive and accommodating. ”

Absolutely Wonderful Week

There is no location in San Francisco that I would prefer over this one. A charming and comfortable home with the most breathtaking views imaginable. The view of the Golden Gate Bridge, yacht club, bay, and early morning runners is spectacular and almost made me forget that the rest of the City waited to be explored. My favorite historic site, the Palace of Fine Arts, is just around the corner and a pleasant walking destination. And Chestnut Street makes it unnecessary to go farther than a few blocks for anything unless one just wants to! The most gracious home owner, Elizabeth, and her assistant, Diane, greeted us and made us feel so welcome. It has been such a pleasure to enjoy the unique artwork, collections and interesting furnishings in this home. A perfect week - I hope to do it again! Many thanks to all.”

What a location

Location could not have been any better being next door to the "Palace Of Fine Arts" and half way between Pier 39 and the Golden Gate Bridge. Most things are within walking distance including a huge Safeway super market. House was beautifully decorated and loved the charm of the original hard wood floors and crown moldings. Elizabeth was very accomodating and helpful in planning our itinerary and dining choices. If this house is available and you want have a great experience in S.F. you need to stay here!!”

Beautiful Location with Gorgeous View

We enjoyed our stay at Elizabeth's beautiful Marina Boulevard home. We walked everywhere: up onto the Golden Gate Bridge, over to Chinatown, to Fisherman's Wharf to take the cable car... These were long walks, but they enabled us to explore many neighborhoods in San Francisco. We were able to park the car in the driveway and just used it to go for dinner at Cavallo Point (Sausalito) and up to Napa and Muir Woods. The house had everything we needed for our stay and has been beautifully renovated. The view was gorgeous (Golden Gate to the left, Alcatraz to the right!) One suggestion if you stay in this beautiful home: set a departure time and discuss the check-out process with Elizabeth (the cleaners showed up before 9 AM the day we were leaving, which we weren't expecting). We would definitely stay in this home again.”

Great Spot in SF's Marina District

Elizabeth's home met or exceeded all of my family's expectations. She has lovingly restored the 3 bedroom home, which is certainly in a prime location. Bedrooms are comfortable and spacious. The 3rd bedroom has the TV, but we used the pull-out bed, having little interest in sitting in front of the tube during our visit to this great city. The kitchen is high end (though we chose to dine out almost exclusively, great restaurants nearby, eg, A16). Our teenage kids were comfortable and happy to hang while my wife and I went out. The only negative I can think of is that we're now spoiled, and we'll have a hard time staying at a conventional hotel!”

Extraordinary view location across from the St. Francis Yacht Club and the sailing harbor and within sight of the GG bridge and Alcatraz. Nicely appointed home and amenities. Convenient walking to stores and restaurants as well as the Embarcadero, and easy trips to the northern wine country and Sausalito. Elizabeth, the owner, is great to know and very accomodative. We had a wonderful time.”
