Pool Heat: Optional and available by request. Heated to 87º from 7 AM–7 PM.
Nov–Mar: $75/night Apr, May, Oct: $50/night Not needed during warmer months.

For stays under 7 nights, pool heat must be purchased for the full stay. A 24-hour notice is required to ensure warm water on arrival. Hot Tub: Heated on demand via remote—no extra charge, regardless of pool heat selection. Guest Access: The entire home and all outdoor spaces are yours to enjoy privately.

Additional Policies & Rules:

No outdoor music; keep doors closed when playing music indoors Quiet hours: 10 PM–10 AM No smoking indoors Primary renter must be 25+ No pets (violations incur a $500 fee) City ordinance requires a government-issued ID to be submitted prior to access

Additional Fees

Like all Quintess members and partners, ThirdHome guests will pay a $1295 service fee for reservations at this property. The fee will be collected by Quintess before check-in.
