Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay in the quaint cottage on Mulberry. The living room area is spacious & I enjoyed playing the piano. Everything was clean and well decorated. It has a private courtyard area to drink coffee in your robe or enjoy an afternoon. It was not awkward at all being at the back of the owners property because of how the fencing & landscaping is done. The owners were very friendly and made us feel as if we were old friends. Always quick to get us anything we needed during the stay. We enjoyed having a full kitchen, and it was stocked with coffee & a few snacks. We also appreciated the washer & dryer that was very handy so you didn’t have to pack up dirty clothes. We did not rent a car , as this location was very easy and cheap to Uber to downtown area (about $10). We enjoyed walks in the neighborhood in the evenings. There’s a few coffee shops within about a 15 min walk. This location is very desirable. We will definitely stay here again. ”

Great for a city stay!

This is a lovely property to stay at for a visit to Nashville. I only stayed for a few nights, but this charming carriage house was the perfect retreat. It is a very easy uber ride to downtown and any restaurant or bar in Nashville you would want to go to. Doug was very welcoming. Thanks again for opening up your home!”

What A Terrific Little Gem

The Cottage at Mulberry House is a lovely and private retreat perfect for 2-4 guests. This completely renovated 19th century carriage house is filled with rustic charm. It is very conveniently located close to downtown Nashville, yet far enough away from the hustle and bustle to be able to wind down and relax. Doug was such a generous and hospitable host who was able to accommodate a last minute request and allow us use of his beautiful home. He even provided some snacks and refreshments for my sister. Thank you so much Doug for a wonderful getaway.”
