Villa Tipsy Gecko is a magnificent, sprawling home situated on the Caribbean Sea. Completed in 2008, this property provides a beautiful view of the lagoon, and the Mayan Mountains can be seen from the upstairs living area. A covered pier extends into the ocean and offers itself as a relaxing oasis.

Upstairs in the home you will find two master bedrooms suites, each of which directly overlook the ocean in breathtaking fashion. Each master suite includes a large private bathroom, balcony and spacious walk in shower. A large living area and full size walk around bar, complete with a 50" flat screen TV and a private covered balcony is located between the two master bedrooms. A private office, which can also be used as a bedroom, is also located upstairs.

The nearby resort pool can be accessed via golf court, as Villa Tipsy Gecko provides four of these. A privacy fence with driveway gate wraps around the property gracefully. The provision of kayaks and bicycles is available for the adventurous. Meal preparation can be arranged, or grocery shopping can be taken care of if one desires to cook dinner on the large outside gas grill and enjoy a local drink while relaxing under the fans on the large covered patio steps from the ocean.
