Keeper of the Light offers incredible views from a very unique location, just inside the breakwater of the Coquille River. The view from the living room, is the postcard of Bandon; the Coquille Lighthouse with the world famous Bandon Dunes golf resort, just over its shoulder. Four courses rated in the top 100 in the world with two rated in the top 40.

Our almost private beach to the right leads into the beautiful town of Bandon, over flowing with Antique and Art shops and a very nice combination of restaurants and chowder houses.

The marina is a wonderful spot for crabbing and Salmon Fishing with guides and trips out to sea in search of Albacore and Halibut.

The house watches over the entrance to the harbor, where pleasure boats ebb and flow, in pursuit of Bandon's fresh seafood. Seven large windows offer a breathtaking view along the beach, up the estuary and as far as the eye can see towards the valley and forest beyond.

All the accommodation is upstairs above the three car garage, which is presently filled with table games for the young at heart.

Granite counters and state of the art appliances make the kitchen a chef's dream. Wooden floors throughout and 10 foot ceilings add to the luxurious feel as you walk back to the master bedroom, with Jacuzzi and steam room. Please check out the photo website at

Wonderful house, wonderful views and great town. I left my backpack at Tonys CrabShack. I didn’t miss it until I arrived in Portland. I called and spoke with Bill who works there and he said, “I’ve been waiting on your call and will be happy to ship it to you.” The next morning he had to pick up his check, turn his phone back on and see his child off to school for her last day for the summer. On his day off he took my bag to be shipped and I gave him my credit card. He called to let me know it was on its way... I’m so thankful for people like Bill.. God bless him.. My bag was full of money, jewelry and more important my asthma meds...I’ll never get this Town or people like Bill..”

Bandon Retreat

We throughly enjoyed our week at this fabulous home in Bandon on the South Jetty of the Coquille River. We were a short walk to one of the most picturesque beaches on the southern Or coast. The home was tastefully decorated with lots of amminities. We would love to return. Thanks Jonathan ”
