Warm and cozy cabin

This warm and cozy cabin is perfectly located to enjoy Blue Ridge, Elijay and was even close enough for us to drive down and hike Amicalola Falls. The weather was a little warmer than we expected so instead of building a fire in the fireplace we hung out on the back porch with views of Lake Blue Ridge. The owner, Jennifer was very responsive and helpful with all my questions and needs. Blue Ridge is a cute little town with plenty of shopping and restaurants but also great hiking trails, so there is something for everyone. Would definitely go back. ”

Beautiful lakefront home. Solid wood construction. Great 2-story dock. Great fishing. Nice restaurants. Recommend that owner obtain a property manager to deal with renters (exchangers). They are very nervous about renting their property and would do better with a professional.”

Fun place for a family vacation

Make a Splash - Lakefront Cabin was a wonderful location for our family of 4 summer vacation. We had lots of time in the water while also enjoying the beautiful landscape surrounding us including mountain hikes, waterfalls, family owned orchards, and mini golf (one of my kiddos favorite activities.) The cabin is peaceful and the lake is almost always calm. A very enjoyable stay for sure. ”

Relaxing getaway

We had a group of 7 and every person loved this home! The house is comfortable with nice views and was in a great location to explore the area. There is a large table on the back deck that we ate all of our meals at. The dock is nice with chairs on top and is an especially great spot to gather at sunset. We used the canoe that was provided to get out on the water in the mornings. The fire pit area was large and perfect for our fall trip! We relaxed there after days of hiking in the National Forest that is nearby. The home is on a dead end street and in a quiet area but was just a few minutes from the main road that had dining options and multiple grocery stores. The owner was very communicative and answered any questions/offered suggestions of local activities. During the fall, visiting Mercier Orchards is a must! Great u-pick options as well as an entire store full of cider, treats, and speciality grocery items. Huck's General Store in downtown Blue Ridge is also a fun stop. We would definitely visit again! ”
