Welcome to our sunny and peaceful flat, located on a one block street and a short, easy walk to major public transportation (99 on the walking/transit score!).This charming Edwardian property was originally built in 1904, but fully remodeled in 2012, and is continuously updated.

The home features a fully stocked gourmet kitchen, TV room, and dining area, along with designer furnishings and one-of-a-kind art throughout. The top of the line, newly refurbished kitchen has stone floors and counter tops, a Bosch stainless dishwasher, a stainless refrigerator, and a Dynasty gas oven with a convection broiler along with a central butcher block that can be used for food prep or casual dining. There are two tall bar chairs that can be pulled up to line the table for additional seating. A large cherry dining table seats 8. Natural light shines through the windows during the day, creating a lovely, serene ambiance to enjoy with your morning coffee.

There are three bedrooms in the home. The first contains a king bed along with a closet and dresser. The second has a queen bed, closet, and a dresser. The third room is fitted with one queen bed, as well as a French armoire for hanging clothing and small drawers for storage. If an additional sleeping area is needed, the settee in the TV room/Den can be converted into a small double bed. There is also a closet in this room.

The flat looks out onto a beautiful, relaxing garden, and has its own back deck where you can sit and read a book, sip a glass of wine, and enjoy the best weather San Francisco offers.

You'll be only 1.5 blocks (5 minutes to metro F, which takes you downtown in 8-20 minutes) from the city's main transit artery as well as grocery stores (Whole Foods and Safeway are a 3 minute walk), restaurants, pharmacy, 'Gourmet Gulch', and Duboce and Dolores Parks.

The flat is very well appointed and displays pride of ownership throughout, as we (the owners) live on site, and when we are not hosting you, we will be available for directions or assistance!
