Recently renovated in 2017, Casa Blanca is a luxury two-story home in Playa del Carmen, conveniently located 55 steps from the beach in the private gated community of Playacar Phase 1. This generous four-bedroom, five-bathroom accommodation allows you to live a life of luxury and bliss with its ‘turn key’ accommodations, including a bi-lingual house manager at your service to run errands, do dishes, wash clothes, or whatever you need for a comfortable stay here at Casa Blanca.

Inside, an open floor plan features a sophisticated and coastal-inspired dining room and living room area. Take a short hiatus from swimming in the large pool to enjoy meals together at the dining room table or watch a movie on the flatscreen as you unwind on the sectional sofa. Casa Blanca offers a fully-equipped kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances and beautiful granite countertops. Appointed with a spacious island and plenty of cookware, the inspired chef will be quick to fix up some delicious meals.

The expansive master bedroom is draped from head to toe in textured furnishings, including a stately oversized headboard that adds depth to its king-size bed. Enjoy a flatscreen TV, room-controlled AC, and an immaculate ensuite bathroom with dual vanity and a walk-in shower. Casa Blanca boasts three additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and two with queen beds. Each bedroom is large and comfortable, and there are two pull-out couch beds for overflow. Enjoy the privacy of ensuite bathrooms for each guest room in addition to separate room controls for the air conditioning. You’ll have all the comforts of home with the sparkling blue Caribbean just steps away.

Right outside, a large swimming pool and deck overlooking the ocean await you with plenty of lounge chairs for sunbathing. You’re just steps from the beach, where you can enjoy everything from swimming and paddleboarding to parasailing and skydiving. With a central location, you’re only a five-minute walk to town and the famous 5th street or the ferry to Cozumel.
