We have teamed up with the renowned Frias Properties of Aspen to bring you some great properties and fantastic weeks for the upcoming season; however, the reservations process is slightly different.

At the time of booking, THIRDHOME members will receive a deluxe rated condominium or townhome with the number of bedrooms requested for the week that they reserved, but the actual property members will be staying at will be confirmed 7 days prior to arrival.

THIRDHOME members will be a guest of Frias Properties of Aspen staying in deluxe rated accommodations with the services and amenities that Frias Properties of Aspen is known for.

At the time of confirmation, if the size of property reserved is not available, THIRDHOME Members will be upgraded to larger accommodations. Each property will be fully furnished and equipped with a fireplace, washer/dryer, and a complete kitchen to enjoy and entertain.

The photos shown here are unlikely to be of the actual property that members will be staying in, as they are representative of the deluxe rated type of accommodations that one can expect.
