Great ski house

We loved how close this was to Deer Valley and the well appointed house. Perfect for our extended family vacation with fireplace and hot tub for cozy evenings after skiing. Bathrooms were really nice and kitchen was well stocked. Kids loft upstairs was perfect . It was great and we would stay again !”

Deer valley ski trip

Our family really enjoyed our spring ski trip to D V. This was our 2nd visit to Lance’s home and it is a perfect fit for 6 adults and 4 kids. It is a short shuttle ride to Snow Park lodge and the skiing conditions were excellent for early April. Lots of great places in eat within the Park City area but if you stay off main st you might fine a little better value. We love the area in both the winter and summer and hope to return next year. Note that lift tickets at DV have become very expensive so you might find a better value if you just buy an Ikon pass.”

Deer Valley Skiing

Wow, what a beautiful home so close to Deer Valley. We spent a week skiing here, and the home is fantastic. Our kids joined us for a few days and reveled in having their own rooms. The spa on the deck was the perfect antidote for sore legs after a day of skiing, and the comfort and luxury of the home makes going out to dinner totally unnecessary. We hope to stay here again on a future trip. Thanks!”

Spring skiing in Deer Valley

We very much enjoyed our stay. The owner was very helpful and responsive to our request and we hope to be able to return in the future. The home was set up perfectly for us with 6 adults and 4 children. The kids had their own loft area with bedding and tv with netflics!we enjoyed skiing Deer Valley with was a 4 minutes bus ride from the unit. The kids also enjoyed a day off at the Woodward park in Jeremy ranch. Had great meals at fireside dining and Squatters in Park City.”

Great location

We had prepaid for two rental cars at SLC airport with two different rental car companies. Upon arrival there were no rental cars available from anyone at the airport. Turns out it didn't matter. Took Uber to the condo and the free bus picked us up each day 50 yards from the front door. Very comfortable, well equipped condo equidistant from Park City and Deer Valley. Thank you Lance for letting use your home, would love to come back.”
