Located on the 14th fairway at the Links at Bodega Harbour, this two-story single-family home sits on a nearly quarter-acre lot, one of the more significant level lots in the area, with stunning panoramic views of the ocean, bay, Bodega Head, rolling hills, and the golf course.

With plenty of indoor/outdoor living space and privacy, you are well-positioned to watch the sunrise over Quinlan Gulch and the spectacular sunsets over the ocean. The interior has all been recently remodeled and newly furnished. The numerous large windows and skylights provide plenty of natural light to flow into the home. There are incredible Ocean and Bay views from the master bedroom, master bedroom deck, master bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, large outdoor patio, and detached bathroom. The exterior is serene with lounging options, a hot tub, a gas grill, and a gas firepit. You are sure to enjoy cozy nights under the stars.

The home graciously sleeps comfortably up to 8 people (ideally 4 couples), with the upstairs master bedroom having a California king bed and twin sleeper chair. The upstairs landing area has a full Murphy bed/desk, while the downstairs two guest bedrooms each have queen beds. The additional detached bedroom has a queen bed above the garage. The sleeping area has sloped low ceilings and not recommended for tall individuals or those with mobility issues.

The sizeably accessible driveway can accommodate several cars. The home includes a washer/dryer, central heating, Wi-Fi, five smart televisions, a fast EV charger, and beach/sports accessories.

Also included is access to the HOA hiking trails, pickle ball, tennis, basketball courts, the golf Links at Bodega Harbour (additional charge), and private parking & access to Pinnacle Beach, which is adjacent to Doran Regional Park. Conveniently located just a few minutes away from Bodega Harbour, Bodega Head, and numerous restaurants and local attractions.

There are 6 total security cameras located: 1 at the exterior front door, 1 at the ADU exterior door, 3 capturing the entire front driveway, and 1 near the top of the back yard roof capturing the back patio and golf course (the hot tub is not in its view).

All security cameras are on and may be recording audio and video at any time.

Not only do we have pet allergies in the family, the home is not conducive for guest’s pets.

The whole community is unfenced and an active wildlife corridor. We have a resident bobcat and hawk amongst other animals that actively hunt in our unfenced yard. The home is located on an active golf course at the 14th fairway and not suitable for animals unfamiliar with the environment which can further causes stress and imbalance to the resident wildlife.

Unfortunately allowing short-term guest’s pets based on the setting is not a viable option. Thank you for your understanding.

Duck Flagship House Rules (07/10/24)

House Rules 1-15 ensure we continue to be “good neighbor hosts" while we proudly only offer return
stays to guests respectful of the idyllic coastal golf community where "Duck Flagship" is anchored at BHHA. This promotes future cohesive relationships within the South Harbour community and continued short-term stays for years to come. This is our family’s home, please treat with respect and care as if it were your own.

1) Absolutely No Pets (unless explicitly given permission for a specific registered pet.) Owners have allergies. Cats are strictly prohibited. Small dogs under 25 lbs are considered on a case by case basis, ONLY for stays of 30 days or more, with an additional pet fee and additional cleaning fee. The home is located in a golf community, with no fencing. A violation will result in a deep cleaning fee of $1,000 via a money request and/or you may be removed from the home.

2) No extra large parties/occupancy. Our HOA and STR permitting limits overnight occupancy to a maximum of 10 guests, (ideally 4/5 couples in shared beds.) We further limit overnight occupancy to a maximum of 9/10 guests (regardless of age and specific for each group), and to the total number of paid guests. For each guest of any age over the 10 person limit, a $100 per guest per night excess occupancy fine will be assessed via money request. In addition, for each guest of any age over the number of registered guests, a $50 per guest per night extra guest fee will be assessed via money request. Due to the layout and location of bedrooms within the home, and limitations of bathrooms/plumbing overnight occupancy is further limited to 2 families per stay and no more than 4 guests under the age of 18, unless approved prior to stay. Removal from the home may occur.

3) Absolutely no children under the age of 10 (unless explicitly given permission for specific child guest(s) and are specifically included in the booking details.) The house is furnished for families with older children. There are safety issues including a floating staircase, open indoor and outdoor railings, and an unfenced yard. There are many items in the home including keyless door locks, a pool table, etc that are breakable and not intended for unsupervised use by a younger child. No guest under age 13 is ever allowed to occupy the space known as “First Mate’s Quarters.”
Unregistered guest fines will be included for children under age 10 and are considered unregistered guests if not pre-approved at booking resulting in unregistered guest fines of $50 per child per night via money request. The maximum occupancy of the home is 9/10 persons (stated on STR platform at time of booking), regardless of age. Removal from home may occur.

4) Special consideration is to be given between the quiet hours of 9pm to 7 am. Guests need to take louder activities inside at 9pm. This especially means no loud voices or music at the hot tub or at the fire table past 9 pm. Per HOA rules: No noxious, illegal, or seriously offensive activities shall be carried upon any lot, or any part of the property, nor shall anything be done thereon which may be or become a serious annoyance or a nuisance or which may in any way interfere with the quiet enjoyment of each of the owners of their respective lot. A fine of $250 may be assessed via money request for excess noise after 9 pm.

5) Absolutely no trespassing on the golf course or golf paths. Only registered golfers during their registered round have access beyond our home's property line. This rule is in effect 24 hours a day, including in the late afternoon or evening after golf hours have concluded. A $250 fine per occurrence will be assessed via money request for any golf course trespass. Removal from home may occur.

6) Guests can park up to 4 standard sized vehicles only on the driveway. Extra vehicles violation fines of $50 per vehicle per night will be assessed via money request, and/or removal from home may occur.
Per HOA rules: No trailer, detached camper, mobile home, commercial vehicle, truck (other than standard size pickup truck or standard size van), boat, inoperable automobile or similar equipment shall be permitted to remain upon any lot, other than on a temporary basis.

7) No smoking/vaping/cigars anywhere on property including within close proximity to neighbors. No tampering with smoke detectors, $100 fee via money request will be assessed per smoke detector. Extra fees of $250 for violations for odors/nuisance to be assessed via money request, and/or removal from home may occur.

8) While you enjoy them, please especially respect the fire table, BBQ gas grill, hot tub, and kitchen oven like you would in your own home. These items are not deep cleaned by the turnover cleaning service. Extra fees of $250 per item for any excess cleaning will be assessed via money request. While you enjoy the front patio/driveway and expansive back patio and patio furniture, please treat these areas like at your own home. These areas are not cleaned by the turnover cleaning service. Extra fees of $250 per area inside and outside for any excess cleaning, including but not limited to large spills, seafood waste, stains, glitter, confetti, and excessive sand, will be assessed via money request. Cleaning supplies are available for your use in the kitchen and garage. Biannual hot tub maintenance and weekly hot tub servicing and water balancing is included in your stay. Unscheduled “hot tub drain and fill fee”of $80 by professional servicing will be passed on to guests for excessive oil/dirt/debris in the hot tub. Only toilet paper is to be flushed down toilets. No flushing of any type of wipes, paper towels or feminine hygiene products down toilets. Extra fees of $250 for emergency plumbing servicing for clogs of anything other than toilet paper will be assessed via money request.

9) No moving of the owner's large furniture or large household items. Before you depart, please put back where you found anything small that you moved for your convenience, including outside items. Please do not sleep on the sofa (professionally cleaned biannually and impractical to clean at every turnover) or bring in other sleeping options (air mattresses/foam pads) and/or move furniture/rugs, etc. Fees of $100 (extra cleaning) will be assessed via money request for the owner having to move or deep clean furniture or move excessive amounts of household items back to their proper placement. In addition, please be respectful of labeled “owner access only” items in the garage/game room including cabinets (locked and unlocked). Fees of $100 will be assessed via money request for tampering with “owner access only” items.

10) Accidents happen. Please report any damage or broken items to owners immediately. We will do our best to address the issue promptly with understanding and/or replacement(s)/ alternative(s). We welcome you in our second home, and please treat it with respect and care as if it were your own. Extra damage/replacement fees per item via money request may be assessed, especially if not reported.

11) Use provided multi-colored beach/hot tub towels located near the downstairs bathroom in striped fabric bins for beach and hot tub. No using white washcloths/towels to remove makeup. It causes staining. Instead disposable makeup wipes and gray washcloths are provided for your convenience. Absolutely no cleaning of fish or seafood indoors. Per HOA rules: “No hanging towels visible from the golf course or within view to the neighbors.” Also, no using white bath towels for anything other than after bathing. Extra cleaning and/or replacement fees of $100 will be assessed via money request for excessive staining or strong odors to multiple linens/towels

12) Guests are required to recycle. This is necessary as stewards of the idyllic Sonoma Coast to preserve the limited natural resources in a rural setting. Please deposit green waste, trash and recycling in the respective 6 cans inside the garbage enclosure at the side of the house while keeping the latch secured. Trash left out for animals to access, and/or excess trash, and/ or the need to sort guest’s recycling, especially cans and bottles from trash will result in a fee of $50 via money request for proper disposal.

13) Check out time by 10 am. If not discussed prior to the morning of departure, and the guest(s) and their belongings are late to vacate the property past 10:30 am, a $250 rush cleaning fee will be assessed via money request for unapproved late check out. Due to the safety of all parties including cleaning/maintenance and owners, (if not discussed prior to the day of arrival for an agreed upon early check in time), please do not arrive at the home any earlier than 2:45 pm. Check in time is 3pm.

14) Absolutely NO subleasing/third party rentals or firearms on property. High fines/fees of $1,000 or more will be assessed effectively immediately. All persons will be removed from property immediately.

15) No tampering with WIFI and/or security cameras, $100 fee via money request will be assessed per device.

Spectacular home

First of all, the home is beautiful and perfectly appointed. Every room is furnished comfortably and with great style. I could move in tomorrow permanently and would not change a thing. Secondly, the setting is idyllic. The views from the home and yard are gorgeous. And the open feeling and privacy of the property was terrific. Although we did not find time to use the entertainment offered there was a pool table, a PacMan video game, soccer game table all in a very comfortable converted garage. We were three adult couples and were all completely comfortable staying there. (Do have to mention that the main bedroom upstairs is fabulous with luxurious bathroom with shower, seperate tub and the best views from the property. Lastly, I have to comment on the detail with which the hosts have provided sundries and condiments. Having stayed at similar places before I was overwhelmed by the provisions for anything you might have forgotten to bring (from toothbrush to safety pins) to first aid supplies and a selection of snacks and treats. Can I give the property more than 5 stars?”
