No. 6 Talmadge Lodge is a warm and inviting traditional log cabin with high ceilings, two cozy stone fireplaces, and gorgeous lake and forest views.

Its alpine charm will envelop you as you enter the cabin. With log walls and cozy furnishings, you will feel right at home. The living room boasts a large stone fireplace, television, and plush couches, perfect for settling in with a blanket to comfortably finish the day with your loved ones.

The gourmet kitchen has custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and granite countertops with bar seating for a quick bite before heading out for the day. A more formal dining table is available for enjoying a delicious meal and good conversations recounting the day's adventures.

Make your way upstairs to the exciting game room with a second living room with a TV, pool table, and a foosball table.

Graciously accommodating 16 with five well-appointed bedrooms and four bathrooms, you and your loved ones have plenty of space to spread out during your stay.

The master suite has a king-sized bed and an incredibly spacious en suite with a walk-in shower and tub. The second and third bedrooms have queen-sized beds, while the fourth has a full bed. A bunk room offers space to sleep four with two twin beds with trundles, perfect for the kids. The lofted game room can also fit two twin air mattresses available if needed.

Sitting on the fish-filled Big Bear Lake banks, this California mountain town is known for its sister ski resorts, Bear Mountain and Snow Summit. Bear Mountain Ski Resort has excellent terrain for experienced skiers and beginners, while Snow Summit Ski Resort is the ultimate family-friendly. Once you are ready for a hearty meal after a day on the slopes, head into Big Bear Lake Village for plenty of restaurants, boutiques, and gift shops.

The great thing about the cabin is that you can walk to both the village and the lake in five minutes! The Alpine Slide is also within walking distance. Another wonderful thing about this house is the ability to see the 4th of July fireworks!

Surrounding the city is the rugged San Bernardino National Forest, with plenty of mountain trails for outdoor enthusiasts looking to explore the glorious terrain providing endless adventure for the perfect vacation.
