Boasting spectacular views of the entire San Francisco Bay, this contemporary studio apartment is a quick walk to the ferry and a short drive to the Golden Gate Bridge! With 1000 square feet of living space, you’ll experience all the hustle and bustle of the city while having your own private waterfront oasis to call home.

This bright and spacious apartment features an open layout that allows plenty of natural light to fill the space. Twelve-foot ceilings with ten-ft high patio doors open directly to the boat dock. This apartment was built in 2021 with crisp white and grey finishes with natural concrete floors and walls. The large sliding glass door leads to the deck, where you’ll find yourself basking in the sunshine as you take in exquisite views of the waterfront, San Francisco, and the East Bay. While you might want to walk to town to the numerous local restaurants, the unit is outfitted with a kitchenette making it easy to whip up a simple and delicious meal at home. There is also an outside grill.

Behind the custom, shiplap-style doors is a comfortable queen-size Murphy bed with pristine white linens. Take in marvelous views of the bay first thing in the morning when you awake.

This unit sits directly on the waterfront and has its own patio and boat dock on the water. Lounge on the sofa in the cozy boathouse or sit on the deck and sip on a glass of wine and enjoy the vibrant colors of the sunset over the water. Enjoy the moon’s reflection on the water as you sit around the gas fire pit in the evening.

Close to Sausalito and San Francisco, Tiburon is a great starting point for exploring the area and is blessed with sensational nature views. The town features easy access to Angel Island and San Francisco and offers plenty of tasty waterfront restaurants along Main Street to try. There are plenty of great trails and hiking spots along the Pacific Coast, and wine country is less than an hour away.
