This stunning beach house is nestled waterfront with a private pool, dock, and a tastefully designed open concept living space.

Spend your days lounging by the pool, boating, jet skiing, and enjoying as much fun in the sun as possible. Located just 30 minutes from Key West, head to the big island for more dining, shopping, and entertainment options. Key West is known for its coral reefs and for diving and snorkeling.

When you step into the home, you will be impressed by the cool tile floors, modern updates, and spacious living that allows you to move easily from one room to the next. The gourmet kitchen is complete with stainless steel chef-grade appliances and a wood island. The separate bar gives even more counter space, an ice machine, and bar seating for great entertainment space.

Off the bar area are the main living and dining space with a large dining table and a family room with a sectional and large television. There is an additional dining table outside for those nights you want to dine al fresco.

When you are ready to retire for the night, head into one of the five well-appointed bedrooms. The master suite has a king bed. Two additional guest rooms have king beds, while the fourth bedroom boasts a full bed, and the last bedroom has two twin beds. There are four full bathrooms and two additional half baths -- including one outside close to the pool.
