Girls Trip

I can’t say enough about this piece of paradise. We had a great stay. The layout of the house was perfect. The Kitchen was big and well stocked. It had plenty of dishes( I mean a lot of dishes and silverware so you’re not washing dishes everyday) there was also plenty of cookware. They have this cool big glass fishbowl that I lived. We filled it with candy. The upstairs was very roomy. This sounds Crazy, but I Loved the wide hallway, I had never seen a hallway like that. There were 4 decks which was amazing. Plenty of room if you wanted privacy away from your group. Myself, I would go on my deck at the end of the night and read before going to bed. Very peaceful and always had a nice breeze. The Beach was very close. It’s Literally right across the end of the street the house is on. There was a built in pool. I think it was 4 feet deep. Not a big one but big enough for the 7 of us to hang out in it at the same time, they did have a few floats there also. There was also a grill down there so we thought ok advantage of that and had a cook out one afternoon. The house is in a very safe area, I walked 3 to 4 miles every morning. Sometimes it was on the beach, sometimes the sidewalk, no matter where it was safety was not a concern. We went to Neil and Pam’s a few nights. It’s a bar/restaurant. Good food and fun Karaoke. We walked there as it is only 1/2 mile away. There are at least 6 or 7 restaurant/bars right there together. Anything from pizza, burgers, seafood and Mexican. Something for everyone. A few of us golfed at Tupelo Bay golf course, (par 3 with a few par 4’s, 18 hole) maybe a 10 minute drive. Course wasn’t prestige but it was reasonably priced, the greens were good and we still had fun. There were a few minor issues at the house during the week, but as soon as I reached out to the owner, he sent someone over quickly to fix it and he was always pleasant about it. From the time we rented it, which was months in advance, until the time we left, the owners responded very quickly to any questions or concerns we had. This was a great experience and we hope to rent it again next year. Sandra B”

Wonderful location and home

Bill and Karen were great hosts. The home's location right across from the beach was wonderful and we enjoyed all four bedrooms having private bathrooms. It was a great trip and we loved all there is to do in the Myrtle Beach and Surfside area. Thank you!”

Quiet Place with easy access to the beach

Communication with the owner was excellent and met her in-person upon arrival. Our stay was perfect in a great location with plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy the week. House was well appointed for a family and guests with a toddler - great bunk room! Private pool was great to enjoy in the evening and cool down from a day on the beach! We will definitely come back. ”

Myrtle Beach vacation

Owners were very accommodating and had great communication. House is located just a block or so from the beach! Easy walk to the beach and overall quiet neighborhood. House needs some updating, however because of the location and given we spent little time at the house, we would return in the future. So much to do in Myrtle….surfside beach was very nice, plenty of golf courses to choose from, many good restaurants within 10-20 minute drive. ”
