This unit is located in the Heart of Historic Biltmore Village within steps of oodles of shopping and dining options. It is brand new in 2016 and has all the amenities for a truly enjoyable stay. Parking is free in the Village and should not be a problem before noon or after 5 pm.

Guests will enter through the exterior private glass door on Swan Street and then access their front door via coded lockbox- no keys to find or forget.

**As a reminder, the unit is on the second floor and guests do have to take stairs to access the unit.**
