Heading upstairs, the second floor has a queen bedroom and a king bedroom, both with smart TV's and dedicated closets. The stylish full family bathroom is located at the top of the stairs. Conveniently, the oversized double garage at the rear of the property is accessible via the pedestrian door from the back yard or through the overhead garage door from the alleyway behind.

Guests have the entire home at their disposal, with access via a smart keypad lock and ample street parking right outside. However, please note that the stairs to the second floor are original to the early 1900s home and slightly steeper. Respect for neighbors, especially when using outdoor spaces, is appreciated, and outdoor furniture and amenities are seasonal, being stored away during the winter months.
