Idywild relaxing trip

Aptly named! Beautiful place

Hiker's paradise indeed! We had a lot of fun exploring the area behind the home and also lots of places to hike within a short drive. This is a beautiful, quiet area. The home is very well appointed and lovely. We did some puzzles and enjoyed the chill area upstairs. Very comfortable and everything we needed! The hostess (Linda) was very welcoming and let it known that we could ping her with any questions, etc. The village itself is also really cute, we had fun exploring all the shops and tried out several of the restaurants. We considered driving down to Palm Springs but it was super hot that week, so we stayed up in Idyllwild where it was cooler! Thoroughly enjoyed it.”

Rejuvenating Stay

We enjoyed this home so much. Very comfortable and well-equipped, and surrounded by trees. We loved the home’s layout and architecture. The dining room area felt like being in a tree house. It was so nice to simply walk out the backyard to access fabulous hiking trails. At the same time, it’s a very short drive to the charming town with numerous shops and restaurants. The host provided lots of helpful info and recommendations on places to go. I wear an Oura ring and my metrics were near all-time bests including sleep score, resting heart rate and HRV. We felt very rejuvenated after our stay here. ”
