Heavy handmade chestnut doors and dark handmade terracotta floors combined with lights walls and beautiful daylight gives a peacefully and cosy atmosphere. Comfortable indoor temperature during the summer due to thick walls ashutters and floor cooling. During the winter under- floor heating all over.

Consists of a huge kitchen including cooking island, marble fireplace, double stove, dishwasher and a huge efrigerator. Large dining area with fireplace and dining seating for 12 at an italian chestnut tablea and antique glass cabinet. Passage with built-in cupboards. Scullery with washing machine and tumbler.
