CHECK-IN: AFTER 3:00 PM

Our advice: If you arrive earlier (or anticipate to arrive early) and would like to drop off your bags ahead of check-in please do contact us. We will try our best to accommodate your request and make arrangement with housekeeping accordingly. Entry before 3pm without notification can be treated as illegal trespassing.

CHECKOUT: BEFORE 10:00 AM

We will be charged by our cleaners for time spent waiting outside the accommodation past 10am for guests to vacate, their charge is 50 AUD/hour and we will pass this cost to guests. If you check-out past 11:00am leading to compensation to our next Guests due to late check-in or any other way - we will need pass compensation cost to you)

Our advice: If you need to check out later than 10am due to any unforeseen circumstances please contact us as early as possible. Our cleaners run on a tight schedule but we will try our best to accommodate it.

DAMAGED ITEMS

We understand accidents happen sometimes, but please notify us. We don’t normally charge for replacement of smaller items, this just allows us to replenish broken items or arrange fixes promptly.

This is a quiet, safe, family-friendly residential area and we, our neighbours and local council will not tolerate noise, violence, or antisocial behaviour.

We have a zero tolerance policy for parties or loud/disruptive behaviour. There must be no outside noise after 10pm.

A "party" means inviting more than 2 additional people to the property who are not part of the booking.

Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes allowed outside the house only

Children are to be looked after at all times. The owner of the property is
not responsible for any outcome resulting from the failure to do this.

The use of the property is to be used with care and respect. This includes,
but is not limited to:
- All fittings and fixtures.
- Furniture is not to be moved and should be used for its intended goal only.
- The rental price of the property has been set for a maximum of 10 people
staying overnight.

Any damage in the House that could result in further damage (e.g. water
leakage) is to be reported immediately.

The owner or his/her agent will be given access to enter the property
upon request.
