The sleeping arrangements comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests with a thoughtful mix of 2 king beds, twin XLs, full beds, bunk beds, and a bonus trundle. A sleeper sofa adds extra flexibility. Each mattress is brand new, with varying firmness levels to ensure restful nights for everyone.

The lake is truly the star here. Sunset Lake’s crystal-clear, spring-fed waters are perfect for swimming, fishing, and paddling. We provide two kayaks, life jackets, a floating lily pad, and plenty of sand toys. When it’s time to rinse off, the warm outdoor shower awaits.
