The second bedroom, with a king bed, and the third bedroom, featuring a queen-over-queen bunk and two double bunk beds, offer ample space for guests of all ages. A second bathroom with a tub and shower combo serves these two rooms, ensuring everyone has what they need for a comfortable stay.

The outdoor space is a true highlight, with a private, screened-in lanai boasting a newly renovated pool (up to 6 feet deep) and a hot tub for that comfortably accommodates five guests. The dock and boat lift area provide easy access to the water for fishing, kayaking (we provide a double kayak), paddle boarding (we provide 1 paddle board), or simply enjoying the sights as boats cruise by on the Intracoastal. For boating enthusiasts, prior confirmation allows you to bring your own boat (up to 21 feet), creating even more opportunities for water-based fun (Trailer may need to be parked elsewhere).
